Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times (typically 2–4 business days within Accra, and 3–5 business days for regional deliveries) are provided as general guidelines. We make every effort to deliver punctually.
Returns and Refunds
Important Return & Exchange Terms:
• Return Window: We accept returns within 2 [two] days of receipt of the product.
• Condition: The item must be in its original unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
• Refund Policy: No refunds after purchasing; we offer exchanges only.
• Shipping Fees: Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Custom-made, specially upholstered, or bespoke dimension furniture items are crafted specifically to client specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Product Warranty
3-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Our furniture pieces come with a 3 (three) month warranty covering structural manufacturing defects.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, chemical spills, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear over time.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kobi Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Total Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to the products or services provided is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on our website—including brand logos, text, imagery, banners, icons, and software—is the exclusive property of Kobi Furniture and Interior Designs and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
