• Time Frame: You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.
• Exclusions: Custom or special-order items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Exchange Process

• Authorization: Upon receiving your exchange request, we will review it and issue an Exchange Authorization if it meets our policy criteria.
• Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

4. Exchange Procedure

• Return Shipping: Ship the item you wish to exchange to our address at Taifa Burkina, Accra. Ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
• New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative options or store credit.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• Inspection: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you and provide a replacement, depending on availability.

6. Exchanges for Different Products

• Procedure: If you wish to exchange for a different product, please follow the same exchange procedure. If the new product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue store credit for the difference.
